Healthy skin in Summer

 Summer me hamari skin dry, rough and dark ho jati hain. Summer me hamari skin par pimples aa jate hain. Body par sweat ki wajah se skin oily - oily ho jati hain.
Sun light ki wajah se skin dark hone lagti hai our sabse badi problem to ye hai ki summer me hamari skin baar baar clean karne par bhi dirty rehti hain. Skin ki ye kabhi problems ko hum kaise door kare ??
 Mai aapko btaungi ki kis tarah aap apne aapko summer me bhi fight rakh sakte hain.
So let get started 
1 - Summer me body me pani ki kami ho jati hai ese door karne ke liye hame jyada se jyada  cucumber khane chahiye. Cucumber me 90-95% pani hi hota hain, esliye ese khane se body me pani ki kami to door hori hi hain sath hi sath body healthy bhi rehta hain.
2 - Summer me hame lemon and water mix karke pina chachiye. Lemon water pine se ye hamare body ke digestive system ko fight fine bnaye rakhta hain but lemon water ko daity nhi pina chahiye esse kuch side effect bhi hote hain. Lemon water ko ek din chod kar pina chahiye . Lemon ek acidic ingredient hain ealiye daily use karna nhi chahiye.
3 - Summer me fruit juice to body ke liye bahut hi acha hota hain. Fruit me vitamins, iron, calcium, protein, carbohydrate our bhi bahut kuch paya jata hain, jo body ke liye bahut hi jaruri hain. Ealiye summer jitna jyyada ho sake hame fruit juice pina ya fruits khane chahiye.
4 - Summer me sun light me jane se hamari skin our body dark ho jati hain. Es darkness ko door karne ke liye hame lemon ka use karna chahiye.
5 - Oily hair ho smooth bnanne ke liye lemon ko pani me daal kar hair clean karne ke baad lemon water ko apne hair par last me daal le our eake baad usse pani se na clean kare.
